- The school fee as prescribed in the Fee book on quarterly basis has to be deposited in Punjab National Bank C/o D.A.V. Senior Secondary School, Sector 8-C, Chandigarh before the 10th of the month in which it falls due.
- Fee is to be paid for four quarters before 10th April 2008, 10th July 2008, 10th October 2008 and 10th January 2009 respectively. School holidays should not be taken for as an excuse
- All fees are to be paid in cash only. No cheque will be accepted. In case of non payment of fees for any given quarter,the pupil's name will be struck off from the school register
- None of the fees other than security is refundable
- The students, who want to avail bus facility, will submit the bus forms available at the reception.The bus fee, as prescribed in Bus Fee Book has to be deposited in Punjab national Bank, D.A.V. Senior Secondary School, Sector-8C, Chandigarh before 10th of the month in which it falls
- Students who wish to withdraw the transport facility must inform the office one month in advance before commencement of the due quarter. Otherwise full quarter's fee will be charged
